This research defines the new environment leaders find themselves operating in and the new and changing leadership competencies leaders need to successfully implement the vision of their companies to re-discover and re-combine social purpose with financial purpose.
As leaders traditionally have been recruited, developed and promoted for their operational and more internally oriented leadership competencies, this research has been well received as a real building block in defining what the leaders of the future need to master.
