Anita speaks at CECP (Committee Encouraging Corporate Philanthropy) Summit, New York, USA
CECP provides high powered connectivity encouraging corporations to engage in social issues in the communities where they operate. They represent over 90% of the corporate giving in the Fortune 500.
Anita Hoffmann presented the Sustainability and New Leadership Competencies for Business Leaders Study findings and moderated the panel consisting of:
- Matthew Breitfelder, Managing Director, Global Human Resources, BlackRock
- Stephen Dwight, Vice President, Talent Management, Novo Nordisk
- Elana Weinstein, Global Head of Diversity & Inclusion and Coaching, Bloomberg
A highlight of the event was the session on Girl Rising, a new documentary by Academy Award nominee Richard Robbins, highlighting the need and benefit of education for girls and women on the welfare of families and communities. This included a panel with the main donator to the project, Intel Corp.
