The IBE – Institute of Business Ethics – under their new Chair David Grayson CBE, looked to prepare the board of trustees for the 2020s.
Anita Hoffmann was appointed as their external advisor to the nominations committee.
Through using a deliberate strategy, defining the areas where ethics will be of ever increasing importance going forward – Technology, Data-science, Investing, Communications, HR, compliance etc. - on a global scale - and seeking new channels to reach candidates, the IBE hired seven impressive new trustees from varied and complementary backgrounds.
